  • When uploading documents, please do not combine all documents into one file.
  • Please upload each document or document group (W-2’s, 1099-NEC forms, 1098 forms, etc.) individually and identify each document or document group by naming the file to make sure I am able to locate each document.  This helps me make sure there aren’t any documents missing prior to preparing your returns.
  • If you’re experiencing problems uploading your files, feel free to drop all of your documents off in an envelope or folder at the office in the drop box in the front door.
  • I prefer PDF files, but I will also accept the following:
    • .doc
    • .docx
    • .xls
    • .xlsx
    • .csv
    • .jpg

***Please note that the portal is only a means to transfer files and will not be used as online storage.  All documents and tax returns will be deleted from the folder 7 business days after they have been delivered to you.  Please make sure that you download a copy within that time frame before they are deleted***
